Growing up surrounded by art and culture in Washington D.C. and Jamaica inspired Morgan to pursue a creative and international career. Landing a job in Ghana in 2013, she thought she would stay for a year, but that turned into seven. A love of contemporary, Ghanaian fashion flourished and Morgan began to work with tailors and metal smiths to discover new ways of incorporating West African design into daily style. Geometric evolved out of these passions as a way to promote geometric patterns and rich, maximalist colors, while at the same time investing back into the supply chain and creating sustainable employment. Morgan is a Social Business Fellow for Youth & Yunus 2020 and an education specialist working on international policy and tech projects in Africa when she is not at her workshop in Accra.
